摘要目的采用慢性炎症背景下自发形成HCC的小鼠模型(即MDR2敲除模型)比较肝细胞癌(HCC)在射频消融治疗、外科局部肝切除和假手术后的发展情况并抑制HCC射频消融术后复发。材料与方法动物实验经实验动物管理委员会批准并按协议实施。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析比较了实施射频消融治疗、35%部分肝切除(即肝左叶切除)
