本文研究了用2-(2’-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基苯酚(简称TAE)和乳化剂OP(简称OP)胶束增溶光度法测定铀。显色适宜pH范围为4.70—7.75,U(VI)-TAE在576 nm处呈吸收峰,ε_(576nm)=4.68×10~4。温度高于27℃时,络合物在水-醇或水-OP(或Triton X-100)中均不稳定。但加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(简称PVP)。后加热显色可使之稳定。在有Mg-CyDTA存在下,仅钒为正干扰;碲、钦、氟离子、磷酸根有负干扰。矿样溶液经阴离子交换分离铀后,本法可准确测定矿石中低至ppm级的铀。
