沿着掩映于蓊郁林木中的青石台阶,我拾级而上,去到了绝壁千仞的文山市西华山中部,在那片四周修竹摇曳,林木苍郁,地面却镶有瓷砖的庄重地带,久久地伫立、注视和流连于这一地带之中央,与桑梓民众息息相关,其名入雷贯耳,且被喻为一株“南天巨树”的楚图南先生铜像前。先生诞生于1899年8月28日,殒没于1994年4月11日,享年95岁。先生铜像下部,镌刻着出自全国人大常委会原委员长乔石同志正楷手书的五个金色大字——楚国南同志;落款日期为1996年3月12日。先
Along the bluestone steps nestled in the lush forest, I went up to the middle of the West Huashan Mountain in Wenshan, where the branches of bamboo slipped, the trees were lush, and the ground was laced with a tile-like grandeur.
