国内所采用的马鞍形壳板的曲面方程为:常用2b/2a≥4。通过试验证明,将这种跨比关系的壳板视为曲线配筋的直梁或直线配筋的曲梁,按梁的理论来计算其内力是足够精确的。为了使壳板不因受压区混凝土失稳而导致提前丧失承载能力,通常在受压区边缘设置边梁。同时可使壳板能在胎模上重叠生产,多采用水平边梁,如图1所示。为设计、施工简便起见,通常使壳板任意点处板厚沿Z轴方向等高。
The surface equation of the saddle-shaped shell used in China is: 2b/2a≥4 is commonly used. It has been proved through experiments that this kind of cross-ratio shell plate is regarded as a straight bar with a curved bar or a curved beam with a straight bar, and it is accurate enough to calculate its internal force according to the theory of the beam. In order to prevent the shell plate from losing its bearing capacity prematurely due to the instability of the concrete in the compression zone, edge beams are usually placed at the edges of the compression zone. At the same time, the shell plates can be overlapped on the tire molds, and horizontal side beams are often used, as shown in FIG. 1 . For the sake of simplicity in design and construction, the thickness of the shell plate at any point is generally the same along the Z axis.
