不锈钢中夹杂物含量高低是影响其冷轧产品表面质量的重要因素。针对316L冷轧不锈钢表面发生大量线鳞缺陷,对缺陷样板及同期生产的板坯、热轧钢卷实物进行分析。结果表明,缺陷是由钢中夹杂物含量较高引起的。在生产316L不锈钢实践中,通过调整生产工艺路径、控制炼钢过程工艺,以及实施夹杂物变性处理、精炼软搅拌、浇铸控制等措施,有效改善了钢中夹杂物水平,并大幅减少了冷轧产品表面线鳞缺陷的发生。
The content of inclusions in stainless steel is an important factor affecting the surface quality of its cold-rolled products. In view of a large number of linear scale defects on the surface of 316L cold-rolled stainless steel, the defective samples and slabs and hot-rolled coils produced in the same period were analyzed. The results show that the defects are caused by the high content of inclusions in the steel. In the practice of producing 316L stainless steel, the measures of production process, controlling the process of steelmaking, implementing the modification of inclusions, refining soft mixing and casting control effectively improve the level of inclusions in steel and significantly reduce the cold rolling Product surface line scale defects.
