本文通过分析高校校园媒体舆论宣传的效果在新媒体语境下存在的问题,及手机作为新兴媒体在高校媒体舆论宣传中发挥重要作用在理论上的可行性和现实中的表现,系统地归纳出在高校这个特殊的环境里,以手机媒体作为突破口,将校园内其他媒体资源进行有效的整合,提高宣传效率,构建校园强势舆论的最佳效果,并进一步指出,在手机这个新兴媒体强势崛起的语境下,高校应当因势利导,对手机媒体予以重点支持和发展,以充分发挥其在高校思想政治宣传、文化建设、学生管理等中的重要作用。
