本文利用左室数字减影(DSA)、核素心室造影(RNA)和超声心动图(UCG)对53名冠心病者和16名正常人进行左室收缩功能测定。结果示DSA与UCG改良Simpson氏和半球圆柱法相关性最好(r分别为0.84、0.70),与RNA法次之(r0.72),按有无节段性室壁运动障碍分组,则前壁运动障碍组DSA与UCG改良Sirepson和半球圆柱法相关性仍较好(r分别为0.84和0.82);下壁运动障碍组DSA与RNA和UCG相关性均较差。
In this study, left ventricular systolic function was measured in 53 subjects with coronary heart disease and 16 normal subjects using left ventricular digital subtraction (DSA), radionuclide ventriculography (RNA) and echocardiography (UCG). The results showed that DSA and UCG modified Simpson’s best correlation with the hemispheric cylinder method (r = 0.84,0.70, respectively), followed by RNA (r0.72), segmental wall motion disorder grouping, the former The correlation between DSA of wall motion disorder group and UCG improved Sirepson and hemispheric cylinder method was still good (r = 0.84 and 0.82, respectively). The correlation between DSA and RNA and UCG in inferior wall motion disorder group was poor.
