锻造技术参数的变化,如塑性、材料流向(延展)、形变阻抗,以及影响参数的因素,如材料、变形温度、工具和工件尺寸间的联系,对锻造设备的配置和锻造程序的计算是很必要的。这种联系已经分析、叙述过了。过去发展过两种求知锻造程序的计算方法(联机、脱机)。在这两种计算法中顾及到了上述的联系。借助于脱机计算法可以得知锻造程序。锻造程序被储存在数据存储器里并在用时调出。用这种方法在锻造企业里用多相的锻造程序储存了几百个锻造程序。在这种情况下更适合于使用发展的联机计算法。
