激励作为管理工作的一部分是现代企业中不可缺少的一种管理手段,在内激励、外激励、正激励、负激励等几种常用激励方式中,培训激励与物质激励、精神激励一样,属于最有效的激励手段之一,它主要是指企业为了满足员工求知、成长和自我完善的需要,采取对员工进行业务、技能的培训来激发其工作的积极性。随着知识经济时代的到来,这种激励方式越来越多地被众多企业所采纳,特别是在经济效益较好、规模较大、发展前景和发展态势比较乐观的企业运用更是相当普遍。
Incentives as a part of management is an indispensable management tool in modern enterprises.
