制度建设和制度创新在党的建设中具有至关重要的作用。十六大报告站在新的历史高度,提出以完善党的代表大会和党的委员会为重点,从改革体制机制入手,建立健全党内民主制度。这是今后一个时期党建制度建设的重点。
System construction and system innovation play a crucial role in party building. The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stood at a new historical height and put forward that we should focus on perfecting the party’s congress and the party’s commission, starting with the reform of institutional mechanisms and establishing and perfecting the inner-party democracy. This is the key point for the party building system in the coming period.
