平板刚性拘束焊接裂纹试验方法是一种简单装置的裂纹定量试验方法。可以测定钢材产生冷裂纹的临界拘束度和临界拘束应力,为制定实际焊接接头防止焊接冷裂纹的焊接工艺提供科学依据。应用此方法初步研究了国产SA-662钢的冷裂倾向,并与同类型的16MnR钢作了对比,从而提供应用这些钢材制定焊接工艺的参考依据。
Flat rigid restraint welding crack test method is a simple device crack quantitative test method. The critical restraint and critical restraining stress of cold crack can be measured and provide a scientific basis for the development of the actual welding joint to prevent welding cold crack welding process. The cold cracking tendency of domestic SA-662 steel has been studied preliminarily by this method and compared with the same type of 16MnR steel, so as to provide the reference basis for the application of these steel materials in the development of welding technology.
