探讨科技期刊编辑在编委会终审和稿件退修环节中,面对编委和作者2个不同对象处理好专家审稿意见的原则和方法。编辑面向编委会时,将当期稿件的审稿意见简明扼要地呈交编委会,并补充编辑所做的甄别、核实和分析工作,充分发挥学术性编辑的作用,提高审稿特别是终审工作的精准度;编辑面向作者时,消化融合、理顺明确专家审稿意见,并发挥编辑专业功底,从适合出版的角度出发,完善和补充审稿意见,帮助作者高质量地完成稿件修改。
