随着经济的发展和户籍制度的变革,济南市会计人员总量持续增长,特别是近3年来,增速一直居高不下。目前,会计人员总数已达到13万,其中不在岗人员近6万。会计人员的增长为经济的发展输送了大量的人才,为地域经济发展做出了积极贡献。但随着会计人员的增长,也给基层会计管理与服务工作带来了巨大的工作压力。新形势下,如何加强基层管理与服务工作,需要会计管理人员认真思考。
With the development of economy and the change of household registration system, the total number of accountants in Jinan continues to grow, especially in the past three years, and the growth rate has been on a high level. At present, the total number of accountants has reached 130,000, of which nearly 60,000 are not on duty. The growth of accountants has sent a large number of talents for the development of economy and made positive contributions to the development of regional economy. However, with the growth of accountants, it also exerts tremendous pressure on the management and service of grass-roots accounting. Under the new situation, how to strengthen grassroots management and service work requires careful consideration by accounting administrators.
