近几年来,我国中小学教师队伍中涌现出一大批新秀。他们在教育教学改革中勤奋学习,大胆探索,其中不少人已经成为本校、本地区教育教学改革的骨干,有的初步形成了具有特色的教学风格。教坛新秀的大量涌现,是我国教育改革和发展的希望所在。我们祝愿新秀继续发扬勇于创新、勤于实践的精神与作风,百尺竿头更进一步,更期盼着有更多的新秀出现。
In recent years, a large number of rookies have emerged in the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers in our country. In the reform of education and teaching, they diligently studied and boldly explored. Many of them have become the backbone of the education and teaching reform in their own universities and their own regions. Some of them have initially formed distinctive teaching styles. The emergence of a large number of rookies in the arena is the hope of our country’s education reform and development. We wish the rookie continue to carry forward the spirit of innovation and diligence in practice, go all the way further and look forward to more rookies there.
