目的探讨CT三维多平面重建图像(MPR)在鼻腔、鼻窦中的应用价值。方法粘膜囊肿4例,慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉45例,鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤6例,所有病例均用多平面重建冠状、矢状、水平成像,必要时任意方向重建。所有病例均经手术、病理证实。结果多平面重建图像与常规冠状扫描图像相当,比常规轴扫图像,对窦口-鼻道复合体、筛板等正常解剖结构,肿瘤、鼻息肉、囊肿的位置、大小、形态及周围组织关系显示更清楚,更符合医生观察习惯。结论螺旋CT三维多平面重建图像显示窦口-鼻道复合体及筛板正常解剖结构及变异,鼻腔鼻窦病变准确,有助于临床医师纤维内窥镜手术方案的制订和实施。
Objective To investigate the value of three dimensional multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) in nasal cavity and nasal sinus. Methods 4 cases of mucosal cysts, 45 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, nasal sinus tumors in 6 cases, all cases were reconstructed with multiplanar coronal, sagittal, horizontal imaging, if necessary, to reconstruct in any direction. All cases were surgically confirmed by pathology. Results Compared with conventional coronal scan images, the images of multiplanar reconstructions were comparable to those of conventional coronal images. Compared with normal axial scan images, the normal anatomical structures such as sinus ostia - nasal complex and sieve plate, the location, size, shape and surrounding tissues of tumors, nasal polyps and cysts Show more clearly, more in line with the doctor’s observation habits. Conclusion The three-dimensional multiplanar reconstruction images of spiral CT show the normal anatomy and variation of sinus ostia - nasal complex and sieve plate, and the correct nasal sinus lesions are helpful to the development and implementation of clinician’s fiber endoscopic surgery.
