张氏牙痛方出于张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》,由生赭石,淮牛膝各30克,滑石18克,甘草3克组成,乃为治疗阳明胃热之牙痛而设。吾常用本方加味治疗阳明实热而致的口腔疾病,亦获良效,现举数案如下: 例1:急性下颌智齿冠周炎:黄××,男,30岁,工人,1985年2月10日初诊。患者智齿冠周肿胀疼痛,伴发热四天,在某院诊为下颌智齿冠周炎。经用青霉素,磺胺等药治疗,疼痛肿胀未减,故请中医诊治。患
