职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,为企业培养应用型的高级人才,为区域经济发展提供技术人才。职业教育主要教学目标是提高学生实践能力,满足企业需要的高级应用型人才,教师是提高学生实践能力的关键因素,必须加强教师的实践能力,加强职业教师的培训是提高教师的实践能力的主要途径。本论文主要从应用型本科师资队伍建设的现状研究、应用型本科院校师资培训的理论和实施路径研究进行阐述我国职业教育师资培训研究状况综述,希望为研究我国职业教育师资培训的专家和学者提供理论参考依据。
Vocational education is an important part of higher education, for enterprises to train applied talents to provide technical personnel for the development of regional economy.
