本文认为市场化、信息化、全球化的社会背景促使广州市团工作必须主动创新、积极适应。当前,团工作创新的核心是实施跨世纪青少年素质发展战略,关键是倡导两大观念——追求变化与敢于失败,通过培养、开发、应用、整合等环节,改善和提高青少年的素质,造就现代化建设的优秀人才。共青团要积极开展学习创新行动、科技创业行动、文明创建行动、组织创优行动,使团员青年在实践中锻炼成长。广州团的活动要从“多就是好”观念转向“精就是好”的观念,集中优势开创新风尚与新潮流,为青少年素质发展提供良好的社会环境。 This paper argues that the social background of marketization, informationization and globalization has led Guangzhou CYL to take the initiative to innovate and adapt actively.
