目的探索重庆地区紫苏规范化栽培施肥技术。方法采用三元二次正交旋转设计,研究紫苏栽培中N、P、K的施肥量,以期达到最优施肥配比。结果 N、P、K三要素对紫苏产量的影响效果大小顺序为:K>P>N,高钾条件可以有效促进氮肥对紫苏产量的提高,而低钾条件下,高氮更容易对产量产生抑制效应。最优施肥方案为CO(NH2)213.74~18.58 kg·(667m2)-1,P2O56.40~7.96 kg·(667 m2)-1,K2O 2.81~3.80 kg·(667 m2)-1。结论合理施肥可以有效提高紫苏的产量,为紫苏的规范化栽培提供理论支持。
Objective To explore standardized cultivation and fertilization techniques of Perilla in China. Methods The quadratic orthogonal rotation design was used to study the fertilization amount of N, P and K in Perilla frutescens so as to achieve the optimal fertilization ratio. Results The effects of N, P and K on the yield of Perilla frutescens were: K> P> N, and the high potassium condition could effectively promote the increase of perilla yield by nitrogenous fertilizer. Under low potassium condition, Yield production inhibitory effect. The optimal fertilization program was 213.74 ~ 18.58 kg · (667m2) -1, P2O56.40 ~ 7.96 kg · (667 m2) -1 and K2O 2.81 ~ 3.80 kg · (667 m2) -1 for CO (NH2) Conclusion Rational fertilization can improve the yield of Perilla frutescens and provide theoretical support for the standard cultivation of Perilla frutescens.
