笔者所在医院是一所集医疗、科研、预防、保健、教学服务于一体的大型综合三级甲等医院,坐落于新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐市,是新疆规模最大、医疗水平最高的医院之一。在医院不断发展的过程中,因为对于大规模的固定资产的管理缺乏经验,曾经出现过一些问题,在近几年的管理实践中,通过对制度的完善已形成了较有体系的管理机制。
The hospital where the author is located is a large-scale comprehensive Grade-III hospital integrating medical treatment, scientific research, prevention, health care and teaching services. It is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and is one of the largest and most medical hospitals in Xinjiang. In the continuous development of the hospital, there have been some problems because of the lack of experience in the management of large-scale fixed assets. In the management practice in recent years, a more systematic management mechanism has been formed through the improvement of the system.
