1、建筑业企业、勘察企业、设计企业、工程监理企业资质认定。依据:《中华人民共和国建筑法》2、甲级工程建设项目招标代理机构资格认定。依据:《中华人民共和国招标投标法》3、勘察设计注册工程师职业资格认定。依据:《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《建设工程勘察设计管理条例》按照《国务院办公厅关于公开国务院各部门行政审批事项等相关工作的通知》,(国办发[2014]5号)的要求,2月17日住建部行政审批事项目录公布,共有以下23项:
1, construction industry enterprises, survey enterprises, design enterprises, engineering supervision enterprise qualification. According to: “Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China” 2, Grade A construction project bidding agency qualification. According to: “People’s Republic of China Bidding Law” 3, survey and design registered engineer occupation qualification. According to the “Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China” and “Construction Survey and Design Management Regulations” in accordance with the “General Office of the State Council on the disclosure of the State Council departments and other matters related to administrative examination and approval notice”, (Guo Ban Fa [2014] 5) requirements , February 17 Housing Department announced the list of administrative examination and approval items, a total of 23 items below:
