为汽车工业的生产急需研制集光、机、电于一体的新型切割设备,采用三套光学传感器动态跟踪做变速运动的铜管运动情况,精确测定各组件运动速度及距离数据,微型计算机据此数据实时控制切割刀架步进电机其瞬时运行,确保切割与送料两者保持一致;从而实现铜管非匀速运动的动态切割长度误差小于±0.5m m 。在保证精度的前提下,合理设计软件,使切割最短铜管长度控制在300m m 之内。已取得良好的效果和效益。
