由于城市建设项目数量的增加和规模的扩大,施工企业发展迅速,施工企业的项目部门党支部是施工企业的重要基层党组织,做好基层党建工作是我国目前党中央的重要指示和举措。随着施工企业结构的日益变化,项目党支部建设工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,基层项目党支部书记要提高责任意识和管理意识,强化党员干部的先锋模范带头作用,坚持为民服务的宗旨,强化基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,凝聚人心,促进施工企业的可持续发展。本文首先指出了项目党支部建设的重要意义,分析了施工企业基层党建工作的特点和面临的问题,提出了改进基层党组织的建设的有效措施。
Due to the increase of the number of urban construction projects and the expansion of construction scale, the construction enterprises are developing rapidly. The branches of construction enterprises are the important grass-roots organizations of construction enterprises. To do well the work of grassroots party building is an important directive and measure for the CPC Central Committee. With the ever-changing structure of construction enterprises, the construction of party branches in the project is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Party branch secretaries of grassroots projects should raise their awareness of responsibility and management, reinforce the vanguard role of party members and cadres in pioneering efforts and serve the people , Strengthen the grass-roots party organizations fighting fortress, cohesion, and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises. This paper first points out the importance of the construction of Party branch of the project, analyzes the characteristics and problems of the grass-roots party building in construction enterprises, and puts forward some effective measures to improve the building of grass-roots party organizations.
