本文建立了雷公藤有效成分高效毛细管电泳优化分离分析方法。详细考察了此方法的回收率、精密度、线性和检测限,讨论了缓冲溶液中硼砂及磷酸二氢钠的浓度、表面活性剂的浓度pH值等因素对分离的影响,其优化分离的缓冲溶液组成为10mmol磷酸二氢钠和20mmol硼砂混合液中加入20mmol十二烷基硫酸钠,pH值为8.62。采用此方法分离雷公藤抗癌成分,可得到较好的分离效果。
In this paper, an efficient separation and analysis method for the effective components of Tripterygium wilfordii by capillary electrophoresis was established. The recoveries, precisions, linearity and detection limits of this method were examined in detail. The effects of borax and sodium dihydrogen phosphate concentrations, surfactant pH and other factors on the separation were discussed, and buffers for optimal separation were discussed. The solution is composed of 10 mmol of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 20 mmol of borax mixed with 20 mmol of sodium dodecyl sulfate, and the pH is 8.62. Separation of anti-cancer components of Tripterygium wilfordii by this method can obtain better separation effect.
