基于复杂网络理论提出典型供应链网络的演化规则,构建了基于供需能力的供应链网络鲁棒性模型,通过计算机仿真研究随机型、Hierarchy+型和无尺度型三种典型供应链网络在随机失效、蓄意攻击和级联崩溃下的鲁棒性能。研究结果表明,对于容易产生随机失效供应链网络,节点和边的失效同样需要考虑,同时节点企业采用适当预留产能的运作策略,可以提高供应链网络抗毁性能;对于易受蓄意攻击的供应链网络,在加强核心企业的保护的同时还需要开发和扶植一定数量具备足够的富余产能的备选供应商,才能保证其鲁棒性和抗毁能力。
Based on the theory of complex network, the evolution rule of typical supply chain network is proposed, and the supply chain network robustness model based on supply and demand capability is constructed. By computer simulation, three typical supply chain networks, random, Hierarchy + and scale- Robust performance under deliberate attacks and cascading collapse. The results show that node and edge failures also need to be considered in the case of stochastic failure of the supply chain network, and the node enterprises should adopt the operation strategy of properly reserve capacity to improve the survivability of the supply chain network. For the vulnerable attacked supply Chain network, while strengthening the protection of the core business also need to develop and support a certain number of alternative suppliers with sufficient surplus capacity, in order to ensure its robustness and resilience.
