去年10月9日至11日,全国社会保险研究会在湖北省鄂州市举行了二届二次年会。来自劳动行政部门、社会保险事业机构、行业统筹部门及大学、研究机构的100余名代表参加了会议。与会代表围绕建立全国统一养老保险制度和扩大医疗保险制度改革试点二个中心议题,展开了热烈、深入的研讨。现将研讨中涉及的若干理论及实际问题的观点,综述如下。
Last year, from October 9 to 11, the National Social Insurance Research Association held its second annual meeting in Ezhou, Hubei Province. More than 100 representatives from the labor administration, social insurance institutions, industry co-ordinating departments, universities and research institutes attended the meeting. Participants at the meeting center on the establishment of a unified national pension insurance system and expanding the reform of the medical insurance system, two pilot topics, launched a warm, in-depth discussion. The views of several theoretical and practical issues involved in the present study are summarized as follows.
