TL-300型汽车起重机是我国与日本多田野公司合作生产的产品。在一次施工安装时发现,该机在吊载停机等待安装设备就位时,重物缓缓自行下落。经分析是第二节主臂自行回缩所致。这一故障将对安全生产及吊装施工的准确性有很大影响。根据伸缩回路液压系统工作原理(如附图所示),可以判断第二节臂自行回缩的原因是: (1) 伸缩缸内活塞密封件损坏或缸壁有伤痕,形成高压腔与低压腔窜通,导致液压缸自行回缩。(2) 伸缩缸平衡阀失效,造成高压油泄漏,
