2012年7月26日,由山西省国新能源集团投资30亿元建设的国内首个煤层气、天然气综合利用示范园区在山西省阳泉市寿阳县开工建设,计划2013年底投产。该项目日处理150万m3低浓度煤层气,液化设备及工艺采用世界先进的西门子工业设备和混合冷剂循环制冷工艺。项目投产后,园区内每年燃气资源综合利用总量将达到10亿m3,减少煤矿瓦斯排放5亿m3,外运液化煤层气13万t,可替代燃煤1 000万t。届时,该园区将成为山西省最大、项目最齐备的煤层气、过境天然气和瓦斯气循环利用基地。
On July 26, 2012, the first demonstration park for comprehensive utilization of coalbed methane and natural gas in China, which was built by Shanxi Guoxin Energy Group with an investment of 3 billion yuan, started construction in Shouyang County, Yangquan City, Shanxi Province and is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2013. The project deals with 1.5 million m3 of low-concentration CBM on a daily basis. The world-advanced Siemens industrial equipment and mixed refrigerant cycle refrigeration technology are used for liquefaction equipment and processes. After the project is put into operation, the annual comprehensive utilization of gas resources in the park will reach 1 billion m3, reduce 500 million m3 of coal gas emissions, 130,000 tons of liquefied CBM, and replace 10 million tons of coal. By then, the park will become the largest and most complete project in Shanxi Province CBM, transit gas and gas recycling base.
