我厂粉矿仓为底部带裤叉形漏斗的圆矿仓。有时因粉矿含水较高,漏斗容易堵塞,使球磨机的均匀给矿造成困难。为了解决这个问题,我们在裤叉漏斗的两个斜坡上分别悬挂了一块铁板,漏斗堵塞时就用人力敲砸这块活动铁板,把矿粉振下来,但工人劳动强度大,振料也不及时。去年我们将人工振料改为自动振料。经一年多的生产实践证明,这种简易自动振料机构,解决了漏斗堵塞问题。
