本文介绍了我院研制的氨水浓度自动分析仪。仪器采用恒电流库仑滴定原理,以次溴酸根(BrO~-)来滴定氨,工作电流达数百毫安,可以直接自动取样分析工业流程中的氨水浓度,测量范围为0~10M/l,精度可达1%。文中讨论了仪器的原理、滴定池的设计、终点的确定、电解液浓度的确定、电解液pH值对滴定的影响,以及仪器的结构、流程,和仪器的标定等。
This article introduced our hospital developed ammonia concentration automatic analyzer. The instrument uses constant current coulometric titration principle, titration ammonia with hypobromite (BrO ~ -), working current up to hundreds of milliamperes, can be directly automatic sampling and analysis of ammonia concentration in industrial processes, the measurement range of 0 ~ 10M / l, Accuracy up to 1%. The paper discusses the principle of the instrument, the design of the titration cell, the determination of the end point, the determination of the electrolyte concentration, the influence of the pH of the electrolyte on the titration, the structure of the instrument, the flow, and the calibration of the instrument.
