《物权法》第一次以立法的形式在我国正式确立了预告登记制度,对维护稳定、公平、安全的不动产交易秩序起着十分重要的作用。但一种新的制度,其设计还比较简单和笼统,本文在阐述我国预告登记制度内容的基础上,分析了其不足之处并提出了软为完善的意见和建议。
For the first time, the Real Right Law formally established the advance notice registration system in our country in the form of legislation, which plays an important role in maintaining a stable, fair and secure real estate transaction order. However, the design of a new system is still relatively simple and general. Based on the content of China’s advance notice registration system, this paper analyzes its shortcomings and puts forward the opinions and suggestions that soft is perfect.
