环氧合酶(COX)是花生四烯酸代谢途径的重要限速酶,其代谢产物在血小板聚集、炎症反应等心血管病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。近年来有关COX-2抑制剂心血管安全性的争论使得COX在心血管疾病中的作用越来越受重视。现就COX及其同工酶、COX在动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成、心肌缺血、心力衰竭等心血管疾病发生中的作用以及COX-2抑制剂心血管安全性等方面的进展作一综述。
Cyclooxygenase (COX) is an important rate-limiting enzyme in the metabolism of arachidonic acid. Its metabolites play an important role in cardiovascular pathophysiology such as platelet aggregation and inflammatory reaction. The controversy over the cardiovascular safety of COX-2 inhibitors in recent years has led to an increasing emphasis on the role of COX in cardiovascular disease. A review is given on the progress of COX and its isoenzymes, the role of COX in the development of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, thrombosis, myocardial ischemia and heart failure and the cardiovascular safety of COX-2 inhibitors .
