创伤性休克,特别是失血性休克是创伤早期最严重的并发症之一,也是创伤早期最多见的死亡原因之一。应用充气原理制成的抗休克裤在减缓或制止某些活动性出血方面显示了独特的效果。近十余年来,抗休克裤的临床应用得到了迅速发展。抗休克裤是用一整块聚乙烯织物或有包布的双层橡胶袋制成的,袋内可承受104mmHg以上的空气压力。使用时,它将人体肋弓缘以下的部位全部裹住,但不包括足部。两下肢和腹部分开裹入,腹股沟处留有间隙,便于放置导尿管。腹部和两下肢共三个基本部分均装有Velero固定带或尼龙搭扣。两下肢的气室和腹部气室用管道连接。
Traumatic shock, especially hemorrhagic shock, is one of the most serious complications of early trauma and one of the most common causes of death in early trauma. The anti-shock pants made with the inflatable principle show unique effects in slowing or stopping some active bleeding. In recent ten years, the clinical application of anti-shock pants has been rapid development. Anti-shock pants are made of a single piece of polyethylene fabric or a double-layer rubber bag with a cloth covering the air pressure of 104mmHg or above. When used, it will completely enclose the area below the human rib margins, but does not include the foot. Two lower limbs and abdominal wrapped separately, leaving a gap at the groin, easy to place the catheter. Three basic sections of the abdomen and two lower extremities are fitted with Velero straps or velcro straps. Two lower extremity gas chamber and abdominal gas pipeline connected.
