1993年岁末,一支由中国科学院6名专家组成的科技副职工作团开赴中原大地,来到黄河之滨的郑州市担任该市五区一县的科技副区长和副县长。这是中科院继向广西派出科技副职工作团之后,派出的又一支以团队形式出现的科技副职工作团。这标志着中科院在向地方政府选派科技副职的工作,又向前迈进了一步。
At the end of 1993, a science and technology deputy task force composed of six experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences took a journey to the Central Plains and came to Zhengzhou, the coast of the Yellow River, to serve as the vice-chief of science and technology and deputy magistrate of five districts and one county of the city. This is another delegation of science and technology deputy to China that was sent by the Chinese Academy of Sciences following the dispatch of a deputy scientific and technological mission to Guangxi. This marks another step forward for the Chinese Academy of Sciences to send science and technology deputy to the local government.
