有效性是课堂教学的命脉。营造有效课堂是我孜孜的追求。随着教改的不断深入,理念的更新,什么样的语文课堂才是有效的?值得思考。有些传统的、经典的东西是不能丢掉的。作为教师不能把成绩作为衡量课堂教学成功的唯一标准,应该重视“人”的培养。忽视对学生道德的塑造,课堂是无效的;培养对社会有用的人,这样的课堂才是有效的。怎样营造有效的语文
