本文对５７位升空训练的飞行人员飞行前后ＮＫ细胞活性与３０位不升空的地面人员作为对照组进行对比性研究。结果表明，飞行组的ＮＫ细胞活性下降明显（Ｐ＜０．００１），其中首次参加飞行的学员比长期老飞行员的ＮＫ细胞活性下降更为显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示升空飞行的心理负荷对ＮＫ细胞活性有明显影响。
In this paper, 57 flight training flight crews NK activity before and after flight and 30 non-empty ground staff as a control group for comparative study. The results showed that the NK cell activity in the flight group decreased significantly (P <0.001), and the first flight participants had a significantly lower NK cell activity than the long-term pilots (P <0.001). It is suggested that the psychological load of the ascending flight has a significant effect on the NK cell activity.
