目的总结老年血液透析患者护理中的特殊性及有效应对措施。方法选取我院2014年11月至2015年8月期间收治的40例老年血液透析患者展开研究,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组行常规护理,观察组在总结患者特殊性的基础上实施针对性护理。结果两组患者在透析并发症上比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年血液透析患者护理特殊性的调查,进而调整护理措施,能够有效降低并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize the peculiarities and the effective countermeasures in elderly patients with hemodialysis. Methods Forty elderly hemodialysis patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (20 cases). The control group received routine nursing and observation Group in the summing up the particularity of patients based on the implementation of targeted care. Results The two groups of patients in dialysis comparisons, the observation group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the investigation of the special care of hemodialysis patients in elderly patients, further adjustment of nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
