中国铝土矿绝大部分属高铝、高硅的一水硬铝石──高岭石型,不宜直接用拜尔法生产。自50年代以来,中国采用烧结法和混联法生产氧化铝已取得碱耗低、氧化铝收率高的瞩目成就。但这两种生产方法能耗很高。随着能源价格的上涨,研究新的生产方法逐渐成为发展中国氧化铝工业的一个战略性课题。本文基于中国铝土矿的特点及SiO2对拜尔法生产的影响,通过对高硅一水硬铝石型铝土矿的选矿工艺、选矿──拜尔法工艺的探讨经技术经济比较和综合评价,认为选矿──拜尔法优于混联法。
Most Chinese bauxite belongs to the high-aluminum and high-silicon diaspore-kaolinite type and should not be directly produced by Bayer process. Since the 1950s, China has achieved remarkable results in low alkali consumption and high alumina yield by using sintering and mixed-process alumina production. However, these two methods of production consume high energy. As energy prices have risen, research into new production methods has gradually become a strategic issue for the development of China’s alumina industry. Based on the characteristics of Chinese bauxite and the influence of SiO2 on the production of Bayer process, this article discusses the beneficiation process of high-silica-diasporic bauxite, Evaluation, that dressing - Bayer method is better than the hybrid method.
