光纤余长是光缆设计与生产中的重要参数。它对于光纤的余长控制设计对光缆的性能影响提升是非常重要的。光纤余长直接影响光纤的温度性能、抗拉性能、重量、成本和其他工艺参数。本文分别从中心束管式光缆和层绞式光缆两种典型的光缆出发,分析和讨论了各自余长的产生机理以及光缆的各个参数对余长的具体影响情况,为工业中如何设计和优化光纤余长提供了理论依据。
Optical fiber is a long fiber optic cable design and production of an important parameter. It is very important for improving the performance of the optical cable because of the design of the optical length control. Optical fiber length directly affect the optical fiber temperature performance, tensile properties, weight, cost and other process parameters. In this paper, starting from the two types of typical optical fiber cables of center beam tube and stranded optical fiber cables respectively, the mechanism of their respective length and the influence of each parameter of optical fiber cables on length are analyzed and discussed. How to design and optimize Optical fiber length provides a theoretical basis.
