本研究通过对各种不同树种试管苗形态的大量比较研究,发现了试管苗形态与培养基中激素水平的关系和变化规律,建立了试管苗的三种形态模型,为组培快速繁殖诱导不同形态的试管苗提供了一种简单易行的筛选培养基不同激素水平的方法.
