The bond and stock markets are the two wheels through which financial markets directly finance. This article starts from the “tension” phenomenon in the stock market and the inter-bank bond market, and combines with the development and innovation of the bond market, focuses on key issues in the market and puts forward the market-oriented policy recommendations.
