火力与指挥控制研究会第三次年会于1990年9月11日至15日在河南洛阳613研究所召开。来自科研、生产、使用及教学部门的老中青研究人员、工程技术人员及教学人员共济一堂,在热烈紧张的气氛中就火控与指控系统的仿真与测试技术共同进行了研讨。此外,邀请研究会顾问柳克俊教授作了火控与指控技术发展状况、软件发展前景及智能化等问题的学术报告;邀请广州舰艇学院甘正华教授和夏金柱副教授作了作战能力评估方法的学术报告;邀请613所壬永年高级工程师作了头盔显示/瞄准系统的技术报告。这些报告受到与会同志的欢迎。本次年会在全体与会同志分组讨论和推荐的基础上评审出17篇优秀论
The third annual meeting of the Research Institute of Firepower and Command and Control was held at the 613 Institute of Luoyang, Henan Province from September 11 to September 15, 1990. The researchers, engineers, technicians and teaching staff from the research, production, use and teaching departments all came together to discuss the simulation and testing techniques of fire control and accusation systems in a warm and tense atmosphere. In addition, Prof. Liu Kejun, an adviser to the research council, was invited to give academic reports on the development of fire control and allegation technologies, software development prospects and intelligent issues. Prof. Gan Zhenghua and Prof. Xia Jinzhu from the Guangzhou Naval Academy were invited to make academic reports on operational capability assessment methods. Invited 613 Ren Yongnian Senior Engineer made a helmet display / aiming system technical report. These reports were welcomed by the participants.
