(一)两年多以来,山西省中阳县,在中央提出的集中、综合、继续治理方针的指导下以及党委、政府的领导下,全县的水土保持工作已经获得了显著的成绩,从1955年后半年至1957年前半年的两年多时间里,一共集中治理了大小流域389条,其中在工程措施方面,共打了旱井6,311眼,打土石坝2,594条,修谷坊12,130座,修梯田、培地埂148,530亩(占坡地面积的20.65%),挖蓄水池38个,鱼鳞坑15,930亩,涝池、卧牛
(I) In the past two years or so, in Zhongyang County, Shanxi Province, under the guidance of the Central Government’s guidelines for centralized, integrated and continuous management, and under the leadership of the party committees and governments, the county has achieved remarkable successes in soil and water conservation.
