校长是学校的灵魂,校长的管理就是对人的服务。确立服务观念,掌握服务技巧,提高服务质量是一个农村小学校长为之奋斗的目标。人性化是农村小学管理永恒的理念,在人性化服务的实践中,从提高管理的“科技含量”和服务质量出发,笔者结合自己的管理实践认为需要做到“四个结合”。刚性与柔性结合就农村学校这一特殊环境而言,校长和师生员工的关系其本质就是互相服务的,同舟共济的。学校工作存在着分工协作,各方必须互相支持,这种“互相服务”是建筑在“互相配合”的基础上。校长和师生员工在“服务”中增强认同感、归属性,产生力量感、竞争感。现代社会机遇与挑战并存,决定了“安全感”与“危机感”共生,“刚柔并济”的管理迎合了时代的需要。

In the practice of humanized service, starting from improving the “scientific and technological content ” of management and service quality, the author thinks that it is necessary to combine . Combination of Rigidity and Flexibility As far as the special environment of rural schools is concerned, the essence of the relationship between principals and teachers and students is that they serve each other and help each other. There is a division of labor in school work and all parties must support each other. This “mutual service” is based on “mutual cooperation.” Principals and teachers and students in the “service ” to enhance identity, belonging, resulting in a sense of strength, sense of competition. The opportunities and challenges of modern society coexist, determining the “sense of security” and “sense of crisis” symbiosis, “rigid and flexible” management to meet the needs of the times.
