随着国家新课程改革不断向前发展,教师素质与教育发展的关系问题越发被重视,并成为人们关注的焦点。文章指出,我国中学音乐教师队伍的素质现状与音乐新课程的实施要求还有一定差距,教师学科素养的提高成为当务之急。因此,应该从教学理念、教学能力、科研能力等方面对教师的学科素养加以提升。
With the continuous development of new national curriculum reform, the issue of the relationship between the quality of teachers and the development of education has been paid more attention and has become the focus of attention. The article points out that there is still a certain gap between the current situation of the quality of music teachers in secondary schools in China and the implementation of the new music curriculum. The improvement of teacher’s academic quality has become a top priority. Therefore, we should improve the teacher’s academic quality from the aspects of teaching idea, teaching ability and research ability.
