以球肋弧度和比例因子作为变量,对一种新型板式换热器一正六边形球面肋板式换热器进行了参数优化。选取煅耗散数和j/f因子作为换热器综合性能的评价指标,得到了结构参数的变化对传热性能、阻力性能以及(火积)耗散数的影响,总结了这两种评价指标在优化设计中的基本规律。最终确定了优化的板片结构参数和换热器运行参数,为该新型板式换热器的实际应用提供了依据和参考。
