半野生大豆7S贮藏蛋白的提取及某些特性的研究

我们采用Thanh的方法获得了中国半野生大豆(Glycine gracilis)和栽培大豆(Glycine max.)“早熟二号”7s贮藏蛋白(Conglycinin)。测定了它的三个主要亚基分子量,它们是:α′:81000,α_177000,β:57000道尔顿。比较了半野生种和栽培种7s蛋白的氨基酸组成,发现半野生种的蛋氨酸含量比栽培种高出两倍多。同时,研究了7s蛋白在种子中积累的过程,半野生种7s蛋白从种子单粒重(鲜重)为23.3mg时开始出现,以后逐渐增加,至86.9mg时趋于稳定。栽培种从种子单粒重(鲜重)为32.2mg时开始出现,以后逐渐增加,至170.9mg时趋于稳定。 We used Thanh’s method to obtain Chinese Prey II 7s Storage Protein (Conglycinin) from Chinese Glycine gracilis and Glycine max. Its three major subunit molecular weights were determined: α ’: 81000, α -177000, β: 57000 Daltons. Comparing the amino acid composition of the 7s protein of the semi-wild and cultivated species, it was found that the methionine content of the semi-wild species was more than twice that of the cultivated species. At the same time, the accumulation of 7s protein in seeds was studied. The 7s protein of semi-wild seed began to appear when the single seed weight (fresh weight) was 23.3mg, then increased gradually and stabilized to 86.9mg. Cultivated species began to appear from single grain weight (fresh weight) of 32.2 mg, and then gradually increased until stabilized at 170.9 mg.
