甲状腺肿常见于离海较远的高原山区,我国多山各省,尤其在云贵高原和陕西、宁夏等地区的居民,患此病的甚多。我院自1990~2005年共收治甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌1 216例,其中重量在500 g(肿块直径8 cm)以上的巨大甲状甲状腺肿[1]51例,占4%。现就巨大甲状腺肿手术治疗
Goitre is often found in plateau mountainous areas farther away from the sea. Many provinces in our country, especially in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and in Shaanxi and Ningxia, suffer from this disease. A total of 1 216 cases of thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and thyroid cancer were treated in our hospital from 1990 to 2005.
