目的 :探讨床边电子支气管镜对剖腹术后继发性急性肺不张的作用。方法 :采用PentaxBE - 2 0 0 0型电子支气管镜床边检查、诊断、治疗剖腹术后继发性急性肺不张 2 4例。结果 :治疗效果满意 ,肺复张率为10 0 % ;无 1例并发症及意外发生。结论 :电子支气管镜是剖腹术后继发性急性肺不张最有效的诊治方法 ,同时采用床边检查治疗也减轻了病人的痛苦
Objective: To investigate the effect of bedside electronic bronchoscopy on secondary acute atelectasis after laparotomy. Methods: PentaxBE - 20000 electronic bronchoscopy bedside examination was used to diagnose and treat 24 cases of secondary acute atelectomy after laparotomy. Results: The treatment effect was satisfactory. The rate of lung atelectasis was 100%. No complication and accident occurred. Conclusion: Electronic bronchoscopy is the most effective method of diagnosis and treatment of secondary acute atelectomy after laparotomy, and the bedside examination also relieves the patient’s pain
