以阶跃响应实验得到的各水流量下冷凝式燃气热水器的水温控制传递函数模型为基础,提出了基于水流量的变参数PID控制算法。对不同水流量下水温控制系统的PID参数进行Matlab仿真优化整定和实验整定。在测试平台上对整定后的PID参数进行测试,在水流量扰动情况下,可以实现较好的温度控制,达到了燃气热水器水温控制系统的性能要求。
Based on the model of water temperature control transfer function of condensing gas water heater at each water flow rate obtained by step response experiment, a variable parameter PID control algorithm based on water flow rate was proposed. The PID parameters of water temperature control system under different water flow were simulated and optimized by Matlab. Test the set PID parameters on the test platform. Under the disturbance of water flow, better temperature control can be achieved, which meets the performance requirements of gas water heater water temperature control system.
